Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 July 2026

VectorMe ("the Service") is a desktop application and companion online services operated by Oliver Taglieber, trading as VectorMe ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What VectorMe is

VectorMe is a virtual airline management application for flight simulation. It generates charter contracts, tracks your simulated flights via a local simulator link, and provides online community features. It is entertainment software for use with consumer flight simulators; it is not a real-world aviation, navigation, or training tool.

2. Purchase and payment

3. Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use VectorMe on up to three (3) devices you own, for personal, non-commercial use. Your licence key is issued by email after checkout and does not expire. You may not share, resell, or publish your licence key.

4. Acceptable use

5. Online services and availability

The core application runs offline. Online features (community, weather, licence checks) are provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim for reasonable notice of any material reduction in online functionality during a paid period.

6. Intellectual property

VectorMe, its artwork and content are our property or licensed to us. These terms transfer no ownership. VectorMe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Laminar Research, or any airline or aircraft manufacturer; trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in respect of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring claims in your local courts where consumer law provides for it.
